I just wanted to say thank you for being the best club around!
I have been mostly away for over a year due to life events. Yesterday I came to my first practice tri in a long time. It was wonderful to see so many friends, but a little disappointing to not recognize so many people - there was a time when I knew everone at those practices.
But once again, Team Blaze showed it's true (and bright!) colors. Thank you to everyone for being welcoming to me who might as well have been brand new, and for all the encouragement through the practice.
Even though the club has grown, it is still the same club I joined many years ago, and still the best one out there! I'm looking to my next team workout!

Thanks for sharing Colleen. Tristin & I like to think of Team Blaze as one big family. We feel so blessed to have so many supportive and positive people in our lives.
I know for us the club is much more than swim, bike, run and fun. We had family health challenges with Reece born premature (never know it now), Tristin's near death pregnancy complications and my resent heart surgery bump in the road, however through it all club members have been an amazing support system for our family.
When Team Blaze began in 2004 it was something we thought the Spokane community needed and through hard work & determination the club is truly the model of what triathlon clubs should be!
We're fortunate to now have an awesome Team Blaze Board, established as non-profit to give back to local charities and positive impact the lives of others.
Team Blaze Spokane Triathlon Club spirit is contagious because the members are of all ability level and age, yet unconditionally support each other to healthy activities!
Healthy training, Coach Scott, Coach Tristin, Reece, Scooby, Barkley & Lulu
